We leverage our sector expertise to identify promising private and small-cap public life science companies with exceptional management teams, disruptive platforms and the ability to achieve value milestones and liquidity within 12-24 months from initial investment. We source, structure and invest alongside our institutional and accredited investor network while aligning with our merchant banking clients’ business objectives.

Investment Banking​


Facilitating through our executing broker-dealer, Tribal Capital Markets, LLC, members FINRA and SIPC, we arrange cross-over financings, private placements, initial public offerings and secondary offerings. In addition to conducting sole placements, we have built trusted relationships with other investment banks to facilitate value-added syndication and capital markets support both pre and post transaction. ​
